Hi, I'm Polina
I'm the accountant, and the friendly face, behind Provense. I started out because too many business owners get the same thing from their accountant: a once-a-year set of accounts, a bill, and silence in between. I do it differently.
With over a decade of experience in bookkeeping, payroll and accounting, I look after sole traders, contractors and growing limited companies right across the UK. I'm a member of the AAT, ICB and ACIPP and a certified Xero adviser, so your accounts and tax are handled properly, but my real job is to make the numbers feel simple, and to be someone you can actually pick up the phone to.
Whether you want to hand the whole lot over or just have a free, no-pressure chat about something that's been confusing you, I'm happy to help, always in plain English, never jargon.
What I can help you with
- Self Assessment tax returns
- Bookkeeping (Xero, QuickBooks & FreeAgent)
- Limited company accounts & Corporation Tax
- VAT returns & registration
- Payroll & CIS
- Making Tax Digital, getting you ready
