How much does outsourced payroll cost?

We charge a small, fixed monthly fee based on how often you pay and how many people are on the payroll — agreed up front. For most small businesses it costs less than the hours it frees up.

Can’t I just use free HMRC or software payroll?

You can, but you still have to run it correctly every cycle, handle pensions and CIS, and carry the risk if it’s wrong. We do it for you — the software plus the expertise and the responsibility.

We’ve only got a few staff — is it worth it?
