Website terms of use
This website is operated by Provense Accountants. By using it, you accept these terms. The content is for general information only and does not constitute accountancy, tax or financial advice. You should not act on it without taking specific professional advice.

Engaging us as your accountant
When you become a client, we will issue a Letter of Engagement that sets out:
- the specific services we will provide;
- our fees and how they are charged;
- your responsibilities (for example, providing complete and accurate information on time);
- our responsibilities and the limitations of our work;
- our standard terms of business as a practice run by an accountant qualified through the AAT, ICB and ACIPP.
Our services begin once the engagement is agreed and any required anti-money-laundering checks are complete.
Fees
Fees are agreed in advance, normally as a fixed monthly or annual amount, and confirmed in your Letter of Engagement. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted before it is carried out.
Your responsibilities
You remain legally responsible for your own tax affairs and for the information you provide to us. We rely on that information being complete and accurate.
Professional regulation & complaints
Our practice is run by Polina Dimitrova, an accountant qualified through the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (ACIPP), and bound by their professional and ethical standards. If you are ever unhappy with our service, please see our complaints procedure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
